|
| In our Studio, each student receives a personalized introduction so we ensure that individual goals are met and physical challenges are set appropriately to suit all ages and lifestyles. |

| People with physical and emotional limitations greatly benefit from the Pilates method as does the physically fit who desire to challenge their strength and flexibility beyond their current capability. Physical limitations may disappear over time with consistent practice of the Pilates method. For people with mild to severe limitations, your session is specifically designed in such a way that that a rigorous workout can be sustained and limitations become a lesser barrier to overall health. People with limitations such as arthritis, joint, skeletal and muscular injuries, chronic joint pain or fatigue, neuromuscular disease such as MS, Parkinson's, spinal misalignment causing
Scoliosis and Sciatica, Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis and more can greatly benefit from our program. |

| True healing comes from understanding the source of power. Power signifies what we believe to be the single most important component of fitness. It is balance, coordination, control and strength derived from the body's core and the experience of your mind connecting. The results are a physical change as well as an emotional change in how you feel about yourself. You will stand taller, feel refreshed and alert and actually change the way your body moves and feels. The effects of aging will decrease and health, posture and energy balances. |

| In some cases, clients may require or request pre-work to optimally employ the Pilates Method to their exercise program. People with acute or chronic injuries are often in need of PT before Pilates can start the rehabilitative process. Our therapists recognize that more than just the site of injury may be responsible for your pain or dysfunction. You can thereby become an active participant in your healing process. Often we recommend that you see our Physcial Therapist for 5 sessions before we design your Pilates Program. Our PT will conference with our team of instructors about your specific needs so we are better able to design a personalized, safe and progressive workout plan for you.
